The practice carried out a master planning exercise of extensive consultation with stakeholders and statutory bodies. We processed our findings into a layout design providing the optimum amount of housing for a steep hillside development.
Our client has since developed the site as intended by the master plan. There is a mix of mostly social housing, private housing, a church & community centre and supported living accommodation.
