The need was identified some years ago for the local authority to provide a replacement to the ailing current building and bring together existing facilities that are currently fragmented.
The project has involved extensive consultation in response to the complexity of the varied client requirements. The built response will help enable our client to meet increasing demand while continuing to provide high quality service and support.
